Body Architecture, Flexibility and Endurance Workshop

Our physical health is under a great threat in today's world that restricts our movement, because we have started a lifestyle where we neglect or even forget our body architecture, flexibility and endurance. However, in this century that we are progressing cognitively, we can meet our need for movement in simpler and faster ways.

This course is shaped to meet the demands above. It is a workshop that aims to increase body awareness by blending gymnastics, yoga, dance, basic fitness and breathing techniques.

The biggest problem experienced by humans, the only species that gave birth prematurely, is the incomplete synchronisation between the nervous system and the musculoskeletal system. It is an opportunity to regulate the wrong architecture (that is the wrong postures of the musculoskeletal system), the flexibility and endurance that our body is exposed to in the process from the day we are born until today.
