The human body, which has been shaped as a result of millions of years, has been exposed to a physical laziness that started with industrialisation and increased from generation to generation. This has started to show itself in the form of serious bodily problems and deformations in the digital age we are in. Body Architecture, Flexibility and Endurance is a presentation that draws attention to this problem and proposes simple and fast solutions that can be applied in the fast life that we complain about timelessness.
This presentation, which is about "alienation from our body" caused by the accelerating life, aims to remind the body of the importance of increasing its Architecture, Flexibility and Endurance. It is about making the responsibilities of different parts, all systems and various organs understandable, and how to achieve physical, intellectual and emotional health.
In the presentation, where body anatomy is also discussed from genetic, sociological and individual frameworks, Body Architecture, Flexibility and Endurance exercises are recommended for people of all ages, regardless of time and place, body architecture, flexibility and endurance exercises that can be practiced by people of all ages are recommended.
This presentation, supported by visuals, videos and live applications from various workshops, is approximately 2 hours long. (1 hour presentation / 1 hour Q&A)
